Terms of Service

1. Service purpose

Propuls is an online software for prospecting, drafting commercial offers, quotes, contracts and invoices for freelancers.

2. Service access

The service is available 24/7, except for technical or maintenance interruptions. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken from your account. Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan is free of charge. Starter, Pro, Business and Platinum plans are billed monthly or yearly, with no commitment. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

5. Paddle, Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles orders, payments, invoicing, VAT and refunds on behalf of JK Software Services LLC, and provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Prohibited misuse

You must not use Propuls to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; commit fraud, impersonation or deliberate non-payment; circumvent plan limits, quotas or restrictions (multiple accounts, abusive automation, API manipulation); resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without written permission; publish unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content; reverse engineer, scrape, probe or otherwise harm the security and stability of the service.

7. Suspension and termination

Propuls may suspend or terminate any account immediately in case of breach of these terms, misuse, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations. Where possible, a prior warning is sent. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings; your data remains exportable for 30 days after closure.

8. Intellectual property

Propuls retains ownership of the software, its code, interface and brand. You retain ownership of the content you create.

9. Limitation of liability

Propuls makes its best efforts to ensure service continuity but cannot be held liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the amounts paid over the last 12 months.

10. Refund policy

Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law. Consumers residing in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the transaction, unless you have expressly consented to begin using the service before the end of that period. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller (Merchant of Record), in accordance with its full refund policy available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. For any refund request, contact us at support@getpropuls.com or use the 'Manage my subscription' link in your transaction confirmation email.
