1. Service purpose
Propuls is an online software for prospecting, drafting commercial offers, quotes, contracts and invoices for freelancers.
2. Service access
The service is available 24/7, except for technical or maintenance interruptions.
3. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken from your account.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan is free of charge. Starter, Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or yearly, with no commitment.
5. Intellectual property
Propuls retains ownership of the software. You retain ownership of the content you create.
6. Limitation of liability
Propuls makes its best efforts to ensure service continuity but cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
7. Cancellation and refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → My subscription → Cancel my subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current period. Yearly subscriptions are refunded pro rata for remaining months if cancelled within the first 30 days; no refund after 30 days. Any new customer who is unsatisfied within the first 30 days may request a full refund by contacting support@propuls.io.
