1. Data we collect
We collect your email, profile information (name, country, job), your preferences (language, theme) and the business data you enter (prospects, quotes, invoices, offers). Card details never pass through our servers.
2. Legal basis for processing
Performance of the contract (providing the service, managing your account, billing); legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, aggregated statistics); consent (non-essential emails, analytics cookies — you can withdraw it at any time); legal obligation (accounting, VAT, invoice retention).
3. How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the service, secure your account, bill you and send notifications related to your activity. No resale, no sharing with advertising partners.
4. Sharing with third parties (including Paddle, Merchant of Record)
We share data only with the processors strictly required to run the service: Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record (authorised reseller) and handles orders, payments, tax, invoicing and refunds on our behalf — your email, name, country and billing data are shared with them. We also rely on Supabase (hosting and database); our transactional email provider; our support and analytics tools. Every processor is bound by confidentiality and may only use your data for the agreed purpose.
5. Data retention
Your account and business data are kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within 6 months of account closure. Accounting records and invoices are kept for 10 years as required by law. Technical and security logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Security measures
TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, secure hosting with Supabase (SOC 2 certified infrastructure), strict per-account data isolation through row level security (RLS), internal access restricted to what is strictly necessary and logged, regular backups, passwords stored as hashes.
7. Storage and hosting
Your data is hosted on Supabase, on servers located in the European Union. Some processors (payments, email delivery) may process data outside the EU, covered by standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You may at any time access, rectify, erase or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@getpropuls.com: we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.
