Partner program terms
These terms describe how the Propuls partner program actually works. They apply from the moment an application is submitted.
Last updated: 2026-08-16
1. Definition of a partner
A partner is any individual or company holding a Propuls account whose program application has been approved by Propuls.
2. Application and acceptance
Applications are submitted from the partner space and reviewed manually. Propuls may accept or decline an application without stating a reason. Joining is free and non-exclusive.
3. Referral link and code
Each approved partner receives a unique link and code. They are personal, non-transferable, and must not be altered, hidden behind a deceptive redirect, or distributed through browser extensions or unauthorised coupon sites.
4. Attribution
Attribution is first touch: the first partner clicked is credited for 60 days. A locked attribution is not reassigned to another partner. Two partners cannot share the same customer.
5. Commission
Commission equals 25 % of the net amount collected by Propuls, excluding tax, after discounts and net of refunds, for 12 months from attribution.
6. Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Both are eligible. A commission is recorded for each payment actually collected, within the eligibility window.
7. Upgrades and downgrades
On a plan change, the commission follows the amount actually collected, proration included, upwards and downwards.
8. Coupons and discounts
Any discount, coupon or free period lowers the collected amount and therefore the commission. A zero collected amount generates none.
9. Refunds, disputes and reversals
On a refund, chargeback or cancellation of the original payment, the matching commission is reversed in full or in proportion. A commission already credited produces a reversal entry on the partner balance.
10. Hold period and availability
Each commission stays pending for 30 days before becoming available. A commission may be placed under review before or after that date on a fraud signal.
11. Threshold and payout
A payout is prepared when the available balance reaches €50.00 in the program currency (EUR) and the partner's payout method is verified. Payouts are prepared and executed manually by Propuls; no automated payment provider is in place today.
12. Payout methods
Accepted destinations are PayPal, Wise and bank transfer. Propuls stores no full bank details: only a destination email, or the account holder, country and last four characters of the IBAN. Any change triggers a new verification.
13. Fraud and self-referral
Prohibited: self-referral, fake accounts, several partner accounts held by the same person, attribution manipulation, and sharing one payout destination across accounts. Commissions from such practices are cancelled.
14. Prohibited traffic
Prohibited: spam, bidding on the Propuls brand or its variants, forced pop-unders, cookie stuffing, infringing sites, and illegal, hateful or deceptive content.
15. Misrepresentation
Partners may not guarantee results, invent testimonials or statistics, present themselves as Propuls, or promise features that do not exist.
16. Use of the Propuls brand
The Propuls name and logo may be used to present the product, unmodified, without implying an exclusive official partnership, resale or subsidiary status.
17. Suspension and termination
Propuls may suspend a partner account during a check, or close it on breach. During suspension, new commissions and payouts are frozen. A partner may leave at any time; earned, undisputed commissions remain due.
18. Program changes
Propuls may change the rate, eligibility window, attribution window, hold period and threshold. Commissions already recorded keep the rules in force at their creation date.
19. Privacy
Partners never access personal data of the users they refer. Displayed statistics are aggregated or anonymised. Partner data is processed under the Propuls privacy policy.
20. Liability
The program is provided as is. Propuls is not liable for indirect losses linked to audience variation, tracking downtime or changes to program rules.
