How are commissions calculated?
Calculation base
Commission equals 25 % of the net amount actually collected by Propuls: excluding tax, after any discount or coupon, and after deducting refunds.
Monthly and yearly
Both monthly and yearly subscriptions are eligible. A yearly payment generates a commission on the yearly amount collected, once per paid period.
Eligibility window
Payments from an attributed customer are commissioned for 12 months after attribution. Renewals after that are not commissioned.
Coupons and discounts
A coupon lowers the collected amount, therefore the commission. A month given for free generates no commission.
Self-referral
Using your own link for your own account generates no commission: this case is detected and excluded.
When do I get paid?
Hold period
Every commission stays pending for 30 days after creation, covering refunds, cancellations and disputes.
Availability
After the hold period, the commission becomes available and counts towards your balance.
Threshold
A payout is prepared once your available balance reaches €50.00. Below that, the balance stays yours and accumulates.
Payout method
No payment is sent until your payout method is registered and verified. Payouts are executed manually by the Propuls team.
Fraud review
A commission may be placed under review on an unusual signal (suspicious attribution, payout destination shared across accounts, non-compliant traffic). A review holds that commission, not your account.
Refunds and reversals
If the original payment is refunded, disputed or cancelled, the matching commission is reversed. If it was already credited, a reversal entry is posted on your balance.
Income tied to clear rules
A referral can generate recurring income under the program rules: 25 % on every eligible payment for 12 months, with clicks, conversions and every commission movement tracked in your space.
No income is guaranteed: commissions depend on subscriptions actually purchased, kept and paid for by the customers you refer.

What happens when a customer upgrades or downgrades?
Upgrade
The customer pays more: the commission follows the new collected amount, including the proration charged at the change.
Downgrade
The customer pays less: the commission follows down, with no clawback on payments already collected.
Free to paid
An attributed user who stays on Free generates no commission. The first commission appears at their first payment.
Cancellation
Once the subscription stops, no new payment is commissioned. Commissions already matured stay yours.

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. The partner program is free and non-exclusive. No paid subscription is required to apply.
How do I get my referral link?
Once your application is approved, your link and code appear in your partner space, with optional per-campaign variants.
How do I track my conversions?
Your partner space shows clicks, attributed signups, commissions with their status and payouts. Referred users' personal data is never shown.
When is a commission generated?
When a user attributed to your link actually pays for a Propuls subscription, within 12 months of eligibility after attribution.
When do I get paid?
After a 30-day hold period, once your available balance reaches €50.00 and your payout method is verified.
Are yearly subscriptions eligible?
Yes. A yearly subscription generates a commission on the yearly amount actually collected, once per paid period.
What happens on an upgrade?
The commission follows the new collected amount, proration included.
What happens on a downgrade?
The commission follows the reduced amount. Commissions already paid are not clawed back.
What if a customer asks for a refund?
The commission is reversed, fully or in proportion to the refunded amount. If it was already credited, a reversal entry is posted on your balance.
Do coupons affect the commission?
Yes: commission is based on the net amount collected. A discount lowers it, and a free month generates none.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referral is detected and not paid.
Can I promote Propuls on several channels?
Yes, as long as promotion is honest. Brand bidding on Propuls, spam, fake reviews and income promises are prohibited.
Why can a commission be placed under review?
On an unusual signal: doubtful attribution, payout destination shared across accounts, or traffic that breaches the terms.
What happens if my account is suspended?
New commissions and payouts are frozen during the check. Your history stays visible.
Which payout method can I use?
PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. No full bank details are stored: only a destination email, or the account holder, country and last four characters of the IBAN.
How do I change my payout method?
From the “Payout method” section of your partner space. Any change sends the destination back to verification before the next payment.
Do I need to be a Propuls user to become a partner?
No. The program is open to people outside Propuls. You create a partner account, submit your application and access your partner space once approved. You can start using Propuls later with the same account if you want.
How do I become a partner?
From the program page, choose “Become a partner”: create your account, describe your promotion channel and audience, then accept the program terms. Your application is then reviewed manually.
Where can I see my statistics?
In your partner space: clicks, attributed signups, conversions, commissions by status, balance and payout history.
Can I leave the program?
Yes. Write to support@getpropuls.com: your partner account is closed and commissions already approved remain due under the program terms.
